Technodeal is a member of the Dutch Association of Intermediary and Temporary Employment Agencies (NBBU). The Collective Labour Agreement of the NBBU for many years now has provided that flex workers are paid the same wage as permanent employees of the client from the very first day of their employment. This is called the "inlenersbeloning" (hirer's remuneration).
COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT
The CLA consists of a four-phase system:
Phases 1 and 2 last 26 and 52 weeks respectively. During these contracts "het uitzendbeding" (a temporary employment clause) usually applies. This means that a temporary employment contract is entered into for the duration of the posting.
Phase 1 and 2 are followed by phase 3. Phase 3 lasts up to 4 years and during this period Technodeal is allowed to give a temporary employee a maximum of 6 fixed-term contracts.
If there is an interruption between 2 contracts of more than 6 months, you start again in Phase 1. If phase 3 has been completed and you start working for us again within 6 months, you will enter phase 4. Then you will be entitled to an employment contract for an indefinite period of time.

The CLA of the NBBU is also available as an app. This means that, as a temporary employee, you always have your current working conditions at hand and you can see what changes have been made. You can download this app from the App Store and Google Play Store.
Temporary agency workers who are 21 years of age or older and who have worked at least 26 weeks for one employment agency are entitled to a basic pension from the StiPP Fund. You will remain in the Basic Scheme for a maximum of 52 working weeks. If you continue to work longer, you will become a member of the Plus Scheme.
